Central Ohio Bootcamp Training Classes
Leap Training Center runs a challenging and fun fitness boot-camp every Saturday and Sunday when our Central Ohio weather permits. You will get a mixture of cardio and strength exercises that will challenge kids and adult in a fun, friendly but competitive environment.
You’ll be led through exercises that will help you get the most out of your weekend and work off any weekend indulgence for just $10 per person per session. There is no better way to get started with personal training and fitness than the Leap bootcamp. It’s self paced, and you’ll be pushed by the efforts of the people that are working out with you.
Whether you’re getting in shape for sports, or just want a fun challenge for your weekend, LEAP’s bootcamp with cash on site, or you can pay in advance with your major credit card now.
When you need to get fit on the weekends, Leap’s BootCamp is for you! You’ll be able to have a challenging and fun workout session that is designed for family participation.
Weekly BOOTCAMPS are held outside at Olentangy Park, off of Wilson Bridge Rd, Worthington, Ohio.
Saturdays 10am
Sundays 5:30pm
BOOTCAMP is $10 for adults & $5 for kids. Bring the entire family and pay no more then $30.
Each BOOTCAMP session will consist of:
Core training
Strength training
Speed, agility, & quickness training
Aerobic & anaerobic conditioning
Plyometrics
Flexibility
No need to RSVP, just show up ready to work. Each Bootcamp will last less than 60 minutes.

Bonus: You can buy a season pass for just $175 for the entire 2010 season. Last year, we had a blast and trained all the way until November. If you came both Saturday and Sunday, this is the cheapest way to get some quality personal training and a wide variety of exercises.
