Laurie will be leading the Noon group at LEAP. Her class will consist of a variety of Strength & Conditioning movements that will be different each day.

3 day Training Sessions with Laurie

Mondays-
Tabata Training- 4 minute fat burning workout (8 intervals- 20 seconds on- 10 seconds off)
We will aim for 6 sets plus warm up and cool down

Tuesdays-
H.I.I.T. Circuit training- 6-8 stations of 1 minute on -30 second rest- consisting of plyometrics, strength training, battle ropes, kettle bells, cardio bursts, core and more! We will aim for 3 sets plus warm up and cool down

Thursday –
Butts n Guts Shredmill Intervals
You have to try this workout to believe it! Results are staggering, drop pounds and gain strength! Your speed and agility will break records.

Specialties:
Teach 16-group fitness classes/week (Spin, TRX, Boot camp, Strength Training, HIIT, Buns n Guns, Killer Core, Pilates, Yoga and more)

Few times a year offer session’s of- 8-12 weeks of:
Running programs, mud run obstacle course training, boot camps and weight loss programs.
