Workout Plan

Receive 20 workouts, one per day for 5 days, workouts are customized to your goals and needs. Joey D designs these workouts just for you. You receive the exercise with written descriptions in PDf to refer to at anytime. can be accessed on your smart phone!


Competition Training NEW

Group Training

Group Training consists of small groups of 2-6 people. A variety of days and times are available. No gym membership required to train with LEAP.


Team Training

Leading Edge Athletic Performance (LEAP) will come to your school and train your athletes and/or athletic teams. LEAP will come to your facility and train in your weight room or in the gym or on the fields. LEAP handles all aspects of Strength & Conditioning.

The Gauntlet

This is like nothing else you have ever done before. You will be pushed to you physical and mental limits. The gauntlet is designed to improve your overall strength, quickness, explosiveness, conditioning, and mental toughness. This is NOT for the NOVICE gym goer. You need to come mentally prepared for this workout.

Speed Agility Quickness

Speed, Power, Agility, Quickness, and Total Conditioning sessions are held at LEAP.
